Seriously; the gap between the wealthy and 'working class' has been growing for a couple of decades.  WAGES HAVE BEEN STAGNANT AT BEST, and decent paying 'blue-collar' jobs are exported whenever possible.  This is hardly politics; this is business.   Whole bunch of other thoughts on that...   T

Yep; V_L is on to it.  The Fed went into action at the end of the prior administration.  This is all about staving off a depression / deflationary environment.   Get over it, and then get on with it.   T

Bernanke plan was communicated fully; funds were forced out of Money Market, short-term C-Ds and bonds from persons that needed income to survive on.   T

Politics aside, good for you on the personal recovery.  The market is floating on the Feds printing press.  New highs in this barely recovering economy, and yes, the worst may be to come.    Patience is a virtue; I am also playing this quite conservatively...   T
