As much as I'd love to believe this deflection is relevant, someone please tell me how anything on that dead child's smart phone lead to him being stalked, harassed and murdered?  He might have been a jerk of a human being.  But, his smartphone was not an issue in his killing.

Since when does free speech entitle anyone to say whatever they want whenever they please?  That's not what free speech provides.
