Three replies so far and not even a hint of a solution.   Since everybody keeps faulting the unions about pay and benefits maybe it is time the Unions start focusing on non-monetary issues. Did you ever think it's not just their jobs they're worried about? Over-crowded prisons are extremely dangerous. Those Union members may very well be fighting for their lives.
