I think a more responsible idea would be to reschedule marihuana as a class 2 drug, available by prescription only. Then the state and local sales taxes would apply. The states may even try to add an excise tax to it.But as far as it being a "cash cow", sober up, dude. It ain't gonna happen.

That Sucks! I'll be at the grocery store as soon as it opens to stock up on Ding Dongs and Ho Hos and Snowballs and Fruit pies. I don't have to worry too much about the Twinkies though. I still have a large stash left over in my Y2K supplies.
