This story sounds fishy to me.

Can't imagine how hard I'd have laughed if I saw a doughnut truck whiz by, followed by a bunch of cop cars.

Just a little FYI. Organic lettuce will keep in my fridge a lot longer than non-organic. I live far from the store, so longevity is key for me. I pay more for organic, but throw away much less (almost none), so I figure I come out ahead.

Many of the stores are franchises. We have 3 in our area, all with the same owner. Their donuts are still made on-site.
