While B of A is complaining about being forced into these fees by new government regulations, they have conveniently forgotten to mention that they just posted profits in the multi-billions of dollars.

Yet another example of blatant abuse of the legal system. The stupid thing is it's probably not even them that came up with the stupid idea to sue, it was probably a record label attorney.
I don't get why they feel compelled to be everything to everyone. The site started with a focus on promoting bands and that was what made it successful. Now it's just an unmitigated disaster.

Among my several jobs, I work for a company where large numbers of people smoke. The cost of my health care is negatively impacted by this fact. I wish my employer would offer this type of incentive plan to get the smokers to quit. It would benefit all of us.
