The problem with JC Penney is that they no longer have the inventory they had before the new CEO restructured the retailer.  You walk in and it seems empty.  At my local Penney's, they had cashiers that were their for 20-plus years.  Now they have a skeleton crew of misfits that really couldn't care less about their em...more

Why bring up your sexuality or anything that you do not care to discuss, when receiving a lifetime achievement award?  It seemed silly and defensive.  No one expected her to discuss who it is she spends her free time with.  People love her work... that is what the award is about.

Save for retirement!  What if you don't live long enough to retire?  In that case you get to leave your money to other people to vacation with.  I believe in saving, but you also have to live in the moment.  No one knows if they will have the health to travel when they grow old.  Life is more than working and saving.  ...more
