Screw the idea of a flat tax. It will be cheated then too. The better solution is a National sales tax. If you buy it, then you pay tax on it. Pure consumption.Period.

I am a union tradesman{Millwright local 2158}. I have made a very good living, have very good insurance and a very good pension. I am totally debt free, home is paid for, etc. Life is great. I have recommended for years to all the kids who would listen, "become a tradesman" you will  be happy you did.
