I can understand your aruement that it is very expensive and possibly a waste of school resources, but an illegal search is stretching it a bit. Where is the "search"?  You leave a hand print every time you open a door or lean on the table.

All this "Freedom of Speech" rhetoric must be coming from the left side of the isle. Freedom of speech does not give one the right to badger and humiliate anyone. He could have directed his comments to someone that has control of Company policy, not at a poor girl just trying to make a living.
