Been there.  The problems were worse unfortunately or else I would.

Dude, my Honda's are 6 years old...if it's anything like them Cfalls has nothing to worry about.  If they were like my 4 previous newly purchased GM products I'd say take out the pocket book because it's going to be a long and expensive ride.

I use my credit card for the money back rewards instead of paying cash.  I use it as much as possible during the month for things I would pay cash for anyway and then pay off the balance at the end of the month.  There's something nice about getting money back for money I was going to spend anyway.

Do you truly own your home anyway?  Maybe the home but not the property it sits on.  My school and land tax are approaching a mortgage payment on their own and we know what happens if you don't pay.  While I agree with paying it off as fast as you can, I've done just that, ownership is a mirage.
