The sad thing is: NOBODY CARES ABOUT THE EFFECT ON PEOPLE!   These things are 50 stories high. The blades are about 30 stories. The states say they aren't industrial!   How do they repay those whose property is next to a few hundred of them??? Well, they don't!

Would the plant be 50 stories high?  Will they have cleared all trees and foliage for acres around?  Will it be considered industrial? Turbines aren't.   I would rather have an EIR that reflects the true project unlike the way they are shoving these down the peoples throats!
