When they say preacher - run, don't walk. I have never had a good experience with "preachers".  Ministers yes, others yes.

More than anything, it is not ethical for a physician to perform surgery on family members unless it is an emergency and unavoidable.

We all make mistakes, but I will bet these people could still feed their children.
