"...too-high sales counters and entrances that aren’t wheelchair accessible" (among other issues) are unfortunately all common problems & annoyances faced by chair users every single freaking day. This is hardly a "Hollister only" problem.

An entire month? Poor little guy. Can't wait for him to be able to just be a happy, healthy, care-free, and loved dog. Thank goodness the rescuers were able to save him.
