Many years ago I asked and elderly man this same question.  His reply was simple.  They have half of the money and all of the pu$$y.

I thought the rich didn't pay any taxes.  I wish for once in everyone's life they could have an income of $100,000.00 or more and get to keep only about $40,000.00 after taxes and tell the rest of us that's fair.
