By far, AT&T provides the worst customer service.  I changed plans to receive a lower rate on my landline.  I was told the new plan was about $30/month cheaper, but was not told that my old AT&T phone line would requires new jacks or that promised gift card would take 2 months.  My initial new bill was 2-1/2 times high...more
