Don't blame Realtors for your own greed. I sold real estate for 18 years and use to tell people that second homes where not good investments and not to buy one for that reason. People's own insecurities and greed it what caused them to buy bigger or more of a home than what they could afford.

My grandchildren loved their toys. Parents need to be careful giving tablets, otherwise children won't learn how to write and do math. Kids need to have imaginative play.
