I don't see any objections to the "no studying law" provision.  Lydia may have been racist, but she did have some common sense.

Lots and lots of Walmart haters, so who are all these people shopping there? Walmart sells crappy goods made in third world sweat shops - so who doesn't? To paraphrase - Nobody shops at Walmart, its too crowded. Unions - depends if you are on the outside looking in, or other way around. Banks - does anybody like these guys?  And they don't seem to care.  They cry all the way to...themselves. Who profits? - The Lawyers, of course. And so it goes.

If I don't like Walmart, I don't have to shop there.  It is, however, difficult to get along in today's world without at least some banking services.  The banks know this and certainly take unfair advantage.  A little competition wouldn't hurt.  It's called free enterprise.
