Are baby boomers stealing the country's...

Yeah, so let's keep us boomers working longer.  Oh, but then we are not moving out of the way for the next generation to find jobs, not allowing them to earn a living.  Seems like no matter what, it's the boomer's fault.

That's why it always amazes me when I watch HGTV's "Love it or List It" that with say,  a $70,000.00 remodel budget they often claim a $120,000.00 increase in the value of the property.  Always, always, always the increase in the value of the home is greater than the remodel budget.  How can they make that claim?

What's Your Fantasy?

"Dragon Riders of Pern" would be great, but I also think that the "Adept" series by Katherine Kurtz and Deborah Turner Harris would make terrific movies.  Casting call?  I could see Angie Harmon as Dr. Sinclair's love interest, Dr. Lockhart.   Also, I love Barbara Hambly's wonderful sense of humor in her fantasy book...more
