These "new" jobs are minimum wage, holiday, temp, part-time. It is better than nothing if your unemployment has run out, but it won't last. I place the blame squarely on the parents’ shoulders. Kids today are not taught to listen to and respect their elders, authority figures or even the police. Have the parents take a parenting class and learn how to raise a responsible young adult.
