The town should allow short term rentals, but levy a tax on the property owners, which would be used to pay for additional police detail to cover the house party problems.  i fell badly for anyone who lives next to someone who rents their house out to groups that disrupt the neighborhood.

I have not understod since Pontiac went under, why they can't just sell a car like the G8 at Chevy dealers - keep the Pontiac badging.  It is only trim anyway, so let the nameplate survive as a 'Chevy' model.  And, do the same with the Solstice.

No mention of the Thunderbird, which was a daring move by Ford.  If they had made it affordable, it could have sold well.  Always wished they had not gone with a swept back front end, and remained true to the captivating lines of the original's fenders.
