The town should allow short term rentals, but levy a tax on the property owners, which would be used to pay for additional police detail to cover the house party problems. i fell badly for anyone who lives next to someone who rents their house out to groups that disrupt the neighborhood.

They messed up with the Mustang once. They also messed up with the Thunderbird. Then they messed up with the Taurus, effectively killing that big seller (ask all he workers who used to make them). I have not understod since Pontiac went under, why they can't just sell a car like the G8 at Chevy dealers - keep the Pontiac badging. It is only trim anyway, so let the nameplate survive as a 'Chevy' model. And, do the same with the Solstice.
No mention of the Thunderbird, which was a daring move by Ford. If they had made it affordable, it could have sold well. Always wished they had not gone with a swept back front end, and remained true to the captivating lines of the original's fenders.
