As a percent of their income, the rich should pay just as much as the rst of us, but because there are deductions and loopholes available to them that aren't available to others, they pay less in income as a percent of their income as the rest of us.
Dumbest idea ever. Thinsg cost what they cost. people who are rich shouldn't pay more for the same item.
They SHOULD, however,as a percent of their income, pay the at least the same amount in taxes as everyone else.
