State Farm has no customer service.  I had their insurance for 57 years.  They cancelled me when I had repairs totaling less than $14,000.  I had paid premiums in access of $250,000.  No one called me and you cannot get a hold of a manager to discuss anything as they won't give you any phone numbers.

I had State Farm for all of my insurance for over 57 years.  I had a few claims on my boat totaling less than $14,000 and they dropped me.  In those years I paid over $200,000 in premiums.  No loyalty with this company.
