Whenever an animal is taken to a vet they are always scanned. So if your friend's dog gets taken to the vet this year she may get him back.

This poor cat was not properly cared for. They let it just run loose! At least it was euthanized and not hit by a car,not eaten by a dog, not lost and then died a slow miserable death by starving and/or exposure. Sure I hate it that this cat died. Re-use those big dog food bags.They are strong and last a long time. They have held about 20 pounds  for a long time before you even bought them you know they are good bags. You can reuse them  lots of times if you just put dry stuff in them. I carry them to the dumpster empty them and reuse.
