She should come and work in Clayton, New Mexico. She would fit in just fine on our police force. Here, the people that have money or know somebody get a slap on the wrist and keep their license, while the others get jail time, lose their license and get a healthy fine. I own a 1998 Chrysler Concorde that has over 250,000 miles on it and still runs great and gets 30 mpg easily. It has been well maintained  and has had the oil changed every 3000 miles , not using synthetic or mineral based oils ( those are a waste of money).
