This tiny bike thing is not new.  Alf Tabb, of Kidderminster, England, used to build and ride tiny bikes, even a mico-tandem (built for 2)  That was in teh 1950's

There are also some groups now who protest the Boy Scouts - not just protest, but mount a vicious attack.  One of the complaints is that they won't let girls in.    So - how come no complaints that Girl Scouts won't let boys in?
