I think the states need to start getting into folks lives while there on welfare and food stamps, there is alot of folks out there working under the table while collecting. Cut the welfare program , if they dont get a job with in a year o well..... too many money grubbers out there and that is why obama was elected!

I watch folks  on 295 interstate texting on the fast lane at the rate of speed of 80! they hold on the lane and texting.! we need to take the license plate and call state police!

I think we should be able to take a license plate and report aggressive driver!  we need to start stepping up and report!

I wish all states would do this, this should be treated as a DUI and you will see how much folks would pay attention when then need to get a ride for 6 months of loss of license! pay that surcharge for 3 years and america will wake up!
