I do something similar to your reusing old print outs, as a college student, I take paper out of the recycling bin and use it to take notes on. Don't worry at the end of the semester I put it back ;)

Your comment is ridiculous, instead of offering 0% interest they are going to view student loans as high risk and increase the rate and stop loaning to poorly qualified loan applicants. This means that you're preventing then from loaning to future generations who rely on student loans to fund their higher education.
