I like wal-mart but agree with all the negative comments The wal-mart higher ups should read all the comments and act on them .As much as I like wal mart i'm getting fed up with there lousy customer service.

Yes she was out of order. However she is the 1st one that I can remember that was actually sincere about her apology. Cut her some slack!!
