Isn"t this the guy that decided that to raise sales at JC Penneys all he had to do was advertise to the gay and lesbian community? How did that work out for you?

More bad news for JC Penney

I thought being known as the gay store would have made them millions. I guess just 6% of the population can"t keep Penneys upright.
