We live in the same house; but in addition to seperate bedrooms, we use seperate full bathrooms.

It's actually be more beneficial for the Millennials not to buy a house (if they can afford it or not), because in this job market you have to flexable to move to any state or city that has better job opprotunities. Owning a house keeps you too anchored.
