It seems to me that Facebook/Goldman sachs needs to resolve a pending lawsuit filed by Leader Technologies which the jury found Facebook literally infringed there patent. They are waiting for Judge Stark to make a ruling which could shut Facebook down. Don't think they should be able to sell stock till this lawsuit is ...more
