Yup, the mother who complained is PARANOID, and needs psycholigcal help herself.  She got the bookstore staff riled up for nothing, and they had to act simply because she complained.  That's too bad, I'm sure if he would not have been noticed by anyone else nothing would have come of it.  Thanks, stupid lady!!!
