This is off the subject but has anyone heard that merchants are starting to charge for making your purchase with a credit card. The transaction fee appears on your receipt. This is bad business!

It is the congress that needs to be changed. Plain and simple. We can play the blame game till the cows come home but the same will be true. The do nothing Congress will just do nothing !
