Ha! The FICO scoring system is quick to penalize much deeper than reward!!! For example, have 1 late payment and see what happens to your score...have 40 on time payments and see what happens to your score. ANOTHER  ARTICLE FULL OF "B. S." THE INVENTORY IS DOWN BECAUSE MOST OF THE HOUSES THAT SOLD WERE GREATLY UNDERVALUED.
