DO NOT stereotype all Asians.  The guy's from Taiwan, which are ethnic Chinese that migrated there to escape the communist regime.  Size is a Chinese thing, not Asian thing.  I've had plenty of girlfriends, mostly caucasians, and they all come back for more.

Jersey's problem is that every 2 square mile village wants their own police force, ambulance, mayor, etc.  A deputy sheriff earns $70K within 5 years of service and gets a pension.  My buddy pays upward to $12K a year for property tax for a modest 2000 sqr ft house with 1/2 acre.
