Jay Leno is no laughing matter for NBC

I can't see why Mr. Leno has to worry about anything. NBC has to worry if it still wants to stay in business. I'm sure Mr. Leno has a number of options including retirement. It seems that one of NBC's major options is bankruptcy court.

FTC tells celebrity endorsers on Twitter...

I'm not saying they are publishing outright lies or doing something completely illegal. That isn't what is going on. Airlines would advertise, "Half the fun is getting there." And it was true. Flying was a great experience and you were treated well even in coach. It was ...more

Criminals better fess up -- on their tax...

What about the Fifth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution which says I have a right against self-incrimination? How is this not a violation of my Fifth Amendment rights?

Is there an asteroid stock play?

The asteroid is the omen which will start a world-wide bear market for stocks. Sell, Sell, Sell!!! The stock market Gods are pissed and they want a sacrifice. I can see the future headlines: DOW COLLAPSES AND WORLD ENDS AS CHICAGO CUBS WIN WORLD SERIES.
