The ONLY law Corps know is what a court tells them. Even then thay may not follow the ruling due to a "misunderstanding" .

There was NO misunderstanding. The manager has No respect for the militart ! I just hope he never needs help like the fine folks in New Orleans did. It would have thken the manager no longer than a phone call to his mgr to find out.

Pennys new tactic is repulsive as is their firing all their older workers. I'll NEVER shop there again.

All I can say is that my Honda Odyssey (04) still gets a solid 25 mpg hwy and nothing (not one thing) has ever gone wrong with it. Of course brakes, tires etc but nothing with the vehicle.

Say what you please ablou all of this. The Buyer should still have a Realtor of their own who will show you many properties and help negotiate a price. YES, I know there are pitfalls to this but it is still the beat way. Unless you know a good real estate atty.
