For what? If what the parish spokesman says is true (and never underestimate the power of the parish in Louisiana), she hurt herself, not anybody else.

Just going to throw this out there, since I'm guessing a lot of you don't live down here: Never underestimate the power of the parish officials. It's not that unreasonable to expect that someone's told her to claim she did it.

My first proposal for cutting the deficit? Cut the salaries of our Senators, Congressmen, and others to bare necessities and to forbid lobbyists from providing any benefits to our government officials.
