its cost most people over a $1,000 for a monthly mortgage payment so $600 isn't bad. I like the idea of having solar combined with SAT TV/WiFi so you can boondock it more often and save even more.  Summers in our national parks, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Rockies, etc, etc.. and winters anywhere from Florida,-to- Cali.
