These are benefits put in place by Congress. The last president is ALWAYS the one getting the most money. When Obama is no longer in office, he will be the one getting the most money. By the way, we support EVERY senator and congressman for life as well, even a one term congressman who only serves for 2 years.

The CIA developed a robotic dragonfly, back in the 70's. From what I remember, they were trying to fit it with ultrasensitive microphones, to try and pick up conversations by landing on or near windows.
