Someone...you are correct about congressmen. They have to serve 5 years and reach the age of 62 to receive their pension. The living, retired congressmen receiving pensions, are receiving an average of 69,000 a year. I have no info on how many living, retired congressmen there are. These are benefits put in place by Congress. The last president is ALWAYS the one getting the most money. When Obama is no longer in office, he will be the one getting the most money. By the way, we support EVERY senator and congressman for life as well, even a one term congressman who only serves for 2 years.

I googled the CIA robotic dragonfly, to refresh my memory. They actually developed the ultrasensitive miniature microphone first, then developed the dragonfly to deliver it to their target. According to what I read, they couldn't fly it accurately in a breeze, so they didn't pursue it any further. I don't know about yo...more

The CIA developed a robotic dragonfly, back in the 70's. From what I remember, they were trying to fit it with ultrasensitive microphones, to try and pick up conversations by landing on or near windows.
