The politicians force us to contribute to SS, and they also force us to fund their lucrative private (non-SS) retirement plans. They serve 4 years, and they retire on $170,000 plus per year. You work for 30 years, and you're lucky to draw $15,000 per year. Anything wrong with that?
I hope that I am still around to see the first wave of SS retirees who see a default on their benefits. It will be entertaining to see the politicians being dragged out of the capital building and punished in the streets.

I laugh a little every time that George Lucas fails. He is the Jerry Jones of Hollywood. He could be successful, if he would just get out of the way and let the professionals do their job.

But back in those days, the only aspect of the movie was the story. There were no special effects really to speak of. These days, they throw in a big name actor to balance the lack of story. Thankfully, audiences are starting to catch on and rebel against empty movies.
