Reclining seats in an environment in which there is no space into which to recline, is torture. We need to all grow up and accept that the price of flying is the surrender of comfort, courtesy, and customer service.
Good rules. My list isn't as long:
1. Pay yourself first;
2. Never put anything on a credit card that you can't pay in full that month;
