We are exporting gasoline to other countries.  Jack up our price so we don't drive as much than the oil companies can export more of our gasoline.  Google America exports gasoline.

The federal government really needs Phils money.  The federal government wants to add more holidays and vacation days without Phils money they can't do that.  Why doesn't the federal government have a budget????  They don't know at this time how much Phil is going to make?
