I think they mean that the loss, itself, was unintentional, not the pregnancy...

The biggest culprits are the parents who give in and let their children consume the pure crap.  Period.

"Unintentional pregnancy loss", my a$$.  If you do meth while you're pregnant, AND far enough along for the death of the fetus to be considered a stillbirth (past 28 wks), then you SHOULD be prosecuted AND sterilzed.  What is WRONG with people...??!!
