I feed a family of 3 adults for $200 a month. I buy meat in bulk and cut it up and freeze it. For example a whole pork loin (about $20) gets 2 pork roasts, 12-15 pork chops and cubed pork for making stirfry etc. A 10lb package of hamburg at a meat wholesaler costs about $25.
