What a smashing idea!

The card isn't LEGALLY VALID until it has been signed.   As far as "knowing your signature", you're assuming that criminals are artists with photographic memories! The real problem is sales clerks who don't check the signature at all!

Appalling. My husband and I, as well as EVERY single person we know, have to pay some amount of income taxes, property taxes, auto taxes, sales taxes, capital gains taxes...et cetera.   Remind me not to buy another single product made by GE. "We Bring Good Things To Life"? Humph!!!
