not true! both buyers and sellers leave feedback on ebay. sellers leave feedback for buyers on their quick payment, communication, whatever. Been on ebay for years and have bought and sold. Left bad feedback a few times but it was deserved.Look at any seller or buyer and you can check their feedback.
