ummmm ... last i looked... ANY BUSINESS can REFUSE service to ANYONE!!! .... since when has it been against the law when it comes to freedom of speech??? and where does it say in the law books you have to give service to everyone who comes into your establishment ??? so he refused service... Just because someone is over weight does not mean it is their fault all the time, when you have lets say... cancer,  and you need to go onto a steriod to help .. your going to gain some weight.. or if you have a severe enough injury, the medications can cause you to gain weight,  so no , not everyone who is over weight...more
