New face, old thinking for the Fed?

You are probably right that Bernanke's successor will be Yellen, since Obama appointed her. What a tragedy for the US to have someone carry on the same stupid policies pursued by Bernanke! The successor should be Richard Fisher of the Dallas Fed, the only voting member of the Fed Reserve with any brains.

What is there for Bernanke to prove? He is already discredited by his failed policies at the Fed. Best outcome would be his immediate ouster!

If Bernanke can't be ousted (and he most certainly should be) maybe someone in Congress can at least put an end to those insane monthly mbs purchases.
