Andreasjs - I agree.  I believe a PTO policy that combines vacation/sick days is a much better system.  That way, those who do not get sick or are not willing to lie about being sick will get the same amount of days off.

Most the people who say they will stop going to these theaters will soon enough forget when the movie they want to watch is playing.  If it comes down to going to a different theater that charges more or to the one who charges less who doesn't have the extra health care, most will forget the issue and go to the cheaper...more

At this point, I see JCP going the way of Sears.  That is, greatly scaling back the size of its stores and focusing on certain profitable lines while trying to keep a strong on-line presence.  Just my guess.
